Michael will be speaking March 25th during the "Keywords & Content: Search Marketing Foundations" session, which will help marketers determine target keywords and where to place them within their website content to improve search engine rankings and conversions.
He will help online marketers think through the keyword selection process, which involves far more than keyword relevance and the number of searches that are conducted for keyword phrases. Leveraging the power of an effective domain name is one strategy that will be covered.
Michael, who began shaping online strategies for companies in 1997, is a frequent speaker at Search Engine Strategies conferences and presents at other national and regional events and workshops. In addition, he has authored search engine optimization guides, articles and white papers. He has led two research projects on how health care companies and manufacturers use SEO. Michael also contributes to iMedia Connection, WebProNews and Visibility Magazine. He works with a seasoned team of SEO specialists and clients, including Eaton Corp., FedEx Custom Critical, Bissell, and Cleveland Clinic.
"It's always an honor to present knowledge and strategies at the SES conferences," Michael said. "It's a way of keeping the best practices in the industry alive and well, since many of the attendees are learning their marketing tactics from the panel first-hand."
