Visi to Demo New Cloud Computing Platform at 2009 Cloud Vision Conference

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (Gawkwire.com) Minnesota IT managers and business executives who want to learn from local technology leaders Chris Howard, vice president of Burton Group, and Jason Baker, chief technology officer of VISI, on the topic of cloud computing are encouraged to attend the complimentary Cloud VISION Conference at the Metropolitan Ballroom in Minneapolis on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Howard and Baker will share tips and demonstrate how businesses of all sizes can benefit from implementing cloud technology into their IT infrastructures.

Below are details regarding the Cloud VISION Conference speakers:
8:30 a.m. – “Using Cloud Computing as a Business Advantage” - Chris Howard of Utah-based Burton Group, which provides IT research and advisory services to executives and technologists at global 2000 organizations, will present insights into important cloud issues and speak about how cloud computing is changing the economics of IT.

9:30 a.m. – “Getting Ready for the VISI Cloud” - Jason Baker, of VISI will provide an overview of VISI’s cloud services and how they can help your business succeed. In addition, Baker will provide a live demonstration of VISI’s new cloud computing platform.

The event, sponsored by VISI, Minnesota’s largest locally owned cloud computing, data center services, and managed hosting provider, will also include a free catered breakfast and drawing for a 24-inch Apple LED Cinema Display.
