HostGo Upgrades Network with Increase of PAIX Connection

IRVINE, Ca (GAWKWIRE.COM) Located in Palo Alto, Calif., PAIX provides Internet Service Providers (ISPs) with a physical infrastructure to interconnect directly and exchange IP traffic. By directly interconnecting in a single physical location, instead of relying on 3rd party IP transit providers, Internet Service Providers are able to reduce latency, cost, and bandwidth consumption.

“We have experienced dramatic growth across our entire network and have been actively working to improve network connectivity by upgrading exchange points throughout the United States,” said Michael Fritsch, HostGo president. “The result of these upgrades is ultimately increased network speed to an even broader assortment of ISPs.”

HostGo recently added 10 gigabit ports Telehouse New York, Equinix Ashburn, and Equinix San Jose. With the PAIX Palo Alto upgrade completed, HostGo now boasts 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports at five different locations across its global network. The company will continue to roll out network upgrades as needed to create short-term and long-term network capacity.

Shared hosting packages from HostGo range from $6.95 to $19.95 monthly. The company also offers a reseller program and affiliate program.
