Microsoft Dynamics CRM Now Also Available for iPhone

Barendrecht, the Netherlands (Gawkwire.com) Today, Numenes launched iDcrm, the first comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM application for the iPhone. The new solution addresses the growing demand for mobile CRM functionality and the fast-growing use of iPhones. iDcrm provides iPhone users with fast and easy access to customers, contacts, sales opportunities and activities. It supports synchronisation with customer-specific adaptations to the CRM software at the office and deployment of user-defined data objects or custom entities. iDcrm is available in many different languages.

"iDcrm is the perfect solution for sales representatives and sales managers who use Microsoft CRM in the office and iPhone outside the office," said Erik Paalvast, Sales Manager at Numenes. "The starting point was 'keep it simple'. What does a sales representative need on the road? The iPhone offers him all the basic features and information; for more advanced functions the Microsoft CRM application is available. The iPhone is a lightweight user-friendly device which should only be used for essentials on the road."

iDcrm highlights:

The sales features of Microsoft CRM are synchronised to the iPhone.
What you have in Microsoft CRM is what you get on the iPhone.
No additional investments needed in IT infrastructure.
No monthly charges.
A 100% iPhone application.
The option of working locally.

You install iDcrm on the iPhone simply by double-clicking an icon, which starts the (meta) data synchronisation between the office application and the mobile application.

iDcrm for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available through Microsoft Dynamics CRM business partners and Apple's App Store.
