Lunarpages Offers $1,000 Cash & 5 Years Free Web Hosting

La Habra, California - April 16, 2008 – Lunarpages, provider of reliable and affordable web hosting, is sponsoring a WordPress Theme contest, where the best design wins $1,000 and 5 years free web hosting on Lunarpages Basic Plan.
“This is actually the second time we are running this contest,” said Amy Armitage, Director of Business Development at Lunarpages. “Last time we came out with 95 incredible WordPress Themes that we were then able to provide free to our community. This time, we hope to have even more amazing designs!”
The contest is run via the Lunarpages Blog (blog.lunarpages.com) and relies heavily on community participation, where Lunarpages customers, staff, and even strangers just browsing vote for the winning themes. Each week, Lunarpages staff chooses the top 5 designs submitted and allows the community to vote. The winner automatically progresses to the finals for the chance to win the grand prize. The contest has already begun, so contestants are already submitting themes, but new entries do not close until June 22, 2008, so there is plenty of time to enter.
Other prizes are as follows:
2nd place - $300 and 3 years free hosting
3rd place - $100 and 1 year free hosting
Winners will also be promoted via the Lunarpages Blog and will receive a featured article in the Lunarpages Web Hosting Newsletter (web-hosting-newsletter.com).
