DiscountASP.NET Wins Best ASP.NET Hosting Service

(Gawkwire.com) - ASP.NET and SQL hosting leader, DiscountASP.NET proudly announces receiving prestigious recognition from The Code Project, one of the largest online developer communities. DiscountASP.NET was named "Best ASP.NET Hosting Service" in The Code Project's annual member's choice awards for the second consecutive year.

The award winners were announced at a reception proceeding Microsoft's TechEd 2010 conference in New Orleans.

"As before, The Code Project Members Choice Awards reflect the diversity and depth of the tools available to professional developers around the world. This past year has brought even more user interface (UI) tools but also more tools to support all aspects of the development process," said Jeff Hadfield, president of The Code Project (USA), "Congratulations to the winners, and to the development community for encouraging innovation and excellence."

The Code Project members were asked to rate their favorite ASP.NET services, software, and tools in over 32 categories. The award winners were the highest ranked in each product category. Since, The Code Project members decide which companies or products deserve recognition based on their experience, the results reflect the actual perceptions of what the developer community values.

"We are extremely thrilled to receive this award for the second straight year and thank The Code Project member community for all their support." said Takeshi Eto, VP Marketing and Business Development at DiscountASP.NET. "We are committed to continue innovating and providing the community with cutting edge ASP.NET hosting."
