The upgrades affect all Virtual Private Server nodes in the company’s five international data centers. Hardware in each node now includes Dual Intel® Xeon processors (upgraded in power by up to 50 percent for many clients), SAS hard drives in RAID-10 configuration, and 24-36GBs of RAM. All nodes are also connected to an internal private network through a dedicated Network Interface Card (NIC), which offers unlimited VPS-to-VPS data transfer and secure maintenance cap abilities.
