iWeb moves up in the 2009 PROFIT 100 ranking with 1128% in revenue growth
Montreal, Quebec (Gawkwire.com) From 2003 to 2008, the company's revenues have gone from $ 1,384 million to $ 15,616 million as of October 1st 2008. Last year, iWeb's 5-year growth totaled 627%, enough for the IT infrastructure and Internet hosting company to make its entry into the 100th position on the annual ranking.
Eric Chouinard, CEO and co-founder of iWeb; "In 2003, shortly before iWeb went public and bought its first data center, we knew everything would become digital. iWeb, who has reported revenue growth exceeding 90% for the first two quarters of 2009, is also becoming an important exporter of IT services, generating over 60% of its revenues from abroad.
