WALNUT, CA (Press Advance) Profuse Solutions today officially launched PhotonVPS, a provider of fully scalable, semi-managed Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting solutions. PhotonVPS is the company’s fifth distinctive hosting brand.

PhotonVPS offers both Xen-based and OpenVZ-based VPS solutions. OpenVZ VPS hosting plans start at $10.95 per month for 512MB of dedicated RAM (1.5GB burstable) and 20GB of disk space. Xen VPS hosting plans start at $16.95 per month for 512MB of dedicated RAM (1GB of swap) and 20GB of disk space. All plans are hosted on servers powered by Intel® Nehalem Xeon® processors and enterprise-grade hardware.

Customers have the ability to purchase a variety of service add-ons, including cPanel, DirectAdmin, and ClientExec. All plans include VPS Panel (for management) and Service Watch for free. Service Watch provides a semi-managed hosting atmosphere by enabling technicians to monitor the performance of individual services running on each VPS.

Unlike other providers, PhotonVPS owns and operates its own infrastructure and maintains an in-house customer and technical support staff. Leveraging existing resources, PhotonVPS provides true 24/7 customer support and enterprise-level service management.
